Apply/Transfer/Disconnect Service

NOTE: When applying for, transferring or disconnecting service, you are welcome to do so at any office location, or fill in the form below and submit it via our website.

A new Southern Pioneer Electric customer must have the following when setting up an account:

  • A positive photo ID.

  • A security deposit, letter of guarantee or letter of credit from another utility company that     they have been with for the previous 12 months.

  • Must fill out an Agreement for Electrical Service form (Provided at time of connection.)


  • If the customer does not have a positive ID, he/she must put up the full deposit and will have two (2) months to produce a positive ID and an additional two (2) months if the bill is kept current.
