NOTE: When applying for, transferring or disconnecting service, you are welcome to do so at any office location, or fill in the form below and submit it via our website.
A new Southern Pioneer Electric customer must have the following when setting up an account:
A positive photo ID.
A security deposit, letter of guarantee or letter of credit from another utility company
that they have been with for the previous 12 months.
Must fill out an Agreement for Electrical Service form (Provided at time of connection.)
If the customer does not have a positive ID, he/she must put up the full deposit and will
have two (2) months to produce a positive ID and an additional two (2) months if the
bill is kept current.
