Pioneer Electric is part owner of High Plains Energy, LLC. High Plains Energy, LLC provides propane delivery services throughout much of western Kansas and parts of Oklahoma and also offers Cyclo-Rinse air filter cleaning services. Pioneer Electric is a partner in the venture with three other electric cooperatives.
